nextaChain is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continuously work to improve the usability of this website for all visitors and to apply recognised accessibility standards across our digital presence.
1. Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), define the international standard for making digital content accessible to people with disabilities. WCAG is organised into three conformance levels: Level A (minimum), Level AA (standard), and Level AAA (enhanced).
nextaChain is committed to achieving and maintaining conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA across all pages and content available at https://nextachain.com/. We regard accessible design not merely as a technical requirement but as a professional and ethical obligation.
At present, this website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some content may not yet fully meet all accessibility criteria. Known limitations and our remediation approach are described in Section 3 below.
2. Technical specifications
This website relies on the following technologies for conformance with WCAG 2.1:
- HTML5
- CSS3
- JavaScript (ECMAScript 2015+)
These technologies are used in combination with browser-native accessibility features and are expected to be supported by all major modern browsers and assistive technologies, including screen readers compatible with ARIA landmarks.
3. Known limitations and remediation
While we strive for full accessibility, some areas of this website may present limitations. We have identified the following and are actively working to address them:
- Third-party embedded content (such as maps, analytics scripts or external forms) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We are reviewing and replacing non-conformant third-party components on an ongoing basis.
- Some PDF documents linked from this website may not be fully accessible. We are working to provide accessible HTML alternatives or remediated PDF versions where relevant.
- Certain visual contrast ratios on secondary design elements are under review for compliance with WCAG 2.1 criterion 1.4.3 (minimum contrast).
We conduct periodic internal accessibility reviews and aim to address identified issues within 30 days of detection. Material issues affecting core navigation or content access are prioritised for immediate remediation.
4. Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of the nextaChain website. If you encounter barriers that prevent or impair your access to any content or functionality, please contact us:
Email: hello@nextachain.com
Please describe the nature of the issue, the page URL where you encountered it, and the assistive technology or browser you were using. We aim to respond to all accessibility-related feedback within 3–5 business days and to propose a practical solution or workaround where available.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the relevant national authority responsible for enforcing accessibility obligations in your country of residence.
5. Enforcement and formal complaints
If you have submitted feedback and are unsatisfied with the outcome, you may contact the competent supervisory or enforcement body in your jurisdiction. In Italy, matters relating to digital accessibility for private organisations may be referred to the Agenzia per l’Italia Digitale (AgID) or to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali where data processing is involved.
For users located in other EU/EEA member states, the relevant national authority for digital accessibility oversight should be consulted.
6. Assessment approach
nextaChain assesses the accessibility of this website through the following methods:
- Self-evaluation against WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria
- Use of automated accessibility testing tools (including but not limited to browser-based validators and WAVE/axe tooling)
- Manual review of navigation, keyboard operability, and screen reader compatibility
We intend to commission an independent third-party accessibility audit as the website develops and prior to any significant redesign.
7. Updates to this statement
This Accessibility Statement will be reviewed and updated periodically to reflect improvements to our accessibility practices, changes to the website, or revisions to applicable standards. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this document.
This statement has been prepared with reference to WCAG 2.1 (W3C Recommendation 05 June 2018) and the W3C model accessibility statement template. It does not constitute legal advice. nextaChain recommends consulting a qualified accessibility specialist before final publication.
